Firstly I would like to thank everybody who came to Westminster on the 27th November to support the campaign against Rogue Customers.
I think we made a bit of history on the day and a big thank you to MP Tim Loughton who has offered his help to us to make changes in the law.
I would also like to thank all the media for covering the event on the day, and to the BBC Breakfast News who invited me on to the program on Friday plus the endless amount of Radio programs that invited me on there shows to raise the issue of Rogue Customers.
The feed back we have had has been fantastic right across the whole country.
We will now continue in the new year to go forward with Tim Loughton and other Trade and Industry Bodies to make that change.
