Stephen Jacobson, the Designer and Managing Director of Harcourt Designs, has been trading from the premises in Harcourt Road Redland for twenty four years. In that period the business has developed from furniture design and construction to domestic building and renovation projects. It has created an infrastructure offering a complete package for anyone planning home improvements of any size.

The showroom displays kitchen, bathroom and free standing furniture, both hand-made and pre-made, to suit most budgets and tastes. Designs for bedrooms, living rooms and offices are readily undertaken. There are pictorial examples of previous building projects such as extensions and conservatories.

At present there is a sale of ex-display and unused kitchen and bathroom fittings.

To complement the furniture, the showroom has examples of wood, lino, vinyl and tiled flooring, along with work surfaces of granite, Corian, wood, glass, concrete and laminate. Harcourt now also offer a service of bespoke glass splashbacks enabling you to transfer personalized images onto the surface.

Harcourt designs has a working Aga on display and is a recognised dealer, able to organise the purchase and installation of these iconic cookers.  It is also the local stockist of Earthborn eco-friendly paints and the award winning Naturepaint.

Initial quotations are free and Harcourt is able to organise any necessary applications for planning and building consent. As well as being Fair Trades approved, they are the only kitchen company in Bristol to belong to the Consumer Protection Association, allowing clients peace of mind with regards to deposits and subsequent remedial work.
